La Costa wants to say happy birthday by giving you a very special birthday dessert! You may receive a dessert on your birthday as our way of helping you celebrate.
No strings… just fill out this form and we will send you your very own La Costa “Birthday Card”. Bring in your card and your ID and the fun will begin! (No need for the date to be an exact match.) Of course, we buy dessert for the birthday honoree only, and we can’t buy alcohol, pay taxes, or provide gratuity.
